What would cause rapid and uneven deterioration of brake pads

Headlight change and oil change - cheap options in GTA

Oil Change with Fluid Extractor - Which one should I buy?

Semi synthetic v/s full synthetic oil change
I am driving 2014 Chevrolet Cruze and manual recommends full synthetic oil. If I put semi synthetic oil instead, will there be any issues to the engine? I drive just around 2000 km in a year due to WFH.

Toyota - basic oil change or complete service.
So, my '19 Camry is due for oil change. The need maintenance light starting coming on today. So, called local dealer, she says I need Service 3. Which costs $199, compare to basic oil change which is $125. She said they take my brakes apart and look at them I guess. Is this extra service worth it?
